CRM Dashboard Configuration in Bitrix24
Every morning a manager opens the CRM and asks the team to explain what's happening. This is unnecessary if a dashboard is set up: one screen with key metrics — and the picture of the day is clear in 30 seconds.
Dashboard Types in Bitrix24
CRM dashboard — built into the CRM module. Configured for a specific user or role. Shows widgets: funnel, open deal counters, pipeline amount, today's activities.
Path: CRM → Analytics → Dashboard. The "Configure" button opens the widget configurator.
BI dashboard — created via Bitrix24 → BI Analytics. Full-featured interactive dashboards with filters, drill-down, period comparison. Requires a plan with BI analytics.
Portal home page — widgets are added via My Bitrix24 → Settings. CRM widgets can be added: my deals, my tasks, activities.
CRM Dashboard Configuration
Available widgets:
- Sales funnel — number and amount of deals by stage
- My deals — list with filters by responsible and period
- Counters — number of overdue tasks, today's calls, open leads
- Forecast — deal amount in "warm" and "hot" stages for the current month
- Activities — number of calls, emails, meetings for the period
Each widget is configured individually: period, funnel (if multiple funnels), responsible (mine only / whole team).
Different roles need different dashboards: a manager sees their personal metrics, a department head sees team data. Role-based configuration: each user configures their own dashboard, or an administrator creates a dashboard and makes it visible to the required group.
BI Dashboards
For a dashboard with multiple funnels, period comparison and arbitrary metrics — use the built-in BI. Works based on data from the BI connector.
Creation: BI Analytics → Create Dashboard. The interface is a drag-and-drop builder, similar to Looker Studio. Available visualization types: bar/line/pie chart, table, scorecard, map.
Filters — global for the entire dashboard or for an individual widget. Drill-down: clicking on a funnel segment opens details on specific deals.
Key Metrics for the Sales Department
What to include in a manager's dashboard:
- Revenue for the current month vs. plan
- Number of new leads for the week
- Lead → deal conversion rate (%)
- Pipeline: open deal amounts by stage
- Top 5 sales reps by closed deal amount
- Overdue tasks and calls
What to include in a sales rep's dashboard:
- My tasks for today
- My deals: count and amount by stage
- Scheduled calls and meetings
- Activities for the week
Dashboard Access Rights
BI dashboards are published and access rights are configured via Share → [Group/User]. Access: view only or edit.
Each user sees the CRM dashboard within their CRM permissions: a manager does not see other managers' deals (if permissions are configured correctly).
