Connecting Avito to Bitrix24 Open Channels
Avito is the largest classifieds platform in Russia, and companies actively posting listings there receive dozens of messages per day from potential buyers. Without CRM integration, these messages are lost or handled chaotically: the manager opens the Avito app, replies there, and the deal is recorded nowhere.
How the Integration Works
Avito provides the Avito API for authorized partners. There is no native "out-of-the-box" integration in Bitrix24 — the connection is made through apps from the Bitrix24 marketplace or through a custom integration via the Avito API.
Ready-made apps for connecting Avito to Bitrix24:
- Radist.Online — an omnichannel service supporting Avito + Bitrix24.
- Sigma.CRM — specializes in Avito integration.
- Wazzup — has added Avito support.
All these services act as intermediaries: they receive messages from Avito via the API and pass them to the Bitrix24 open channel.
Connecting via Radist.Online
One of the most common options:
Step 1. Register in Radist.Online, choose a plan with Avito support.
Step 2. In Radist.Online → Channels → Avito → "Connect". Authorize through an Avito account with manager rights.
Step 3. Install the Radist.Online app from the Bitrix24 marketplace. Connect to the desired open channel.
Step 4. Configure mapping: which listings to handle, whether to create a lead for each new message, which source to assign in CRM.
Step 5. Test: write to the seller through a listing from a test account → confirm that the message appeared in Bitrix24.
What Is Transmitted from Avito
- Text messages.
- Photos attached to the message.
- Information about the listing the user wrote from (name, listing ID, category).
- Avito username.
The Avito user's phone number is not transmitted via the API — Avito hides buyer phone numbers. Exception: if the buyer writes their phone number in the message text.
Listing Integration with CRM
A valuable feature when properly configured: each Avito listing is linked to a specific source in CRM. Analytics then shows which listing the deals came from and the conversion rate for each.
Implemented through custom fields in the lead:
-
UF_CRM_AVITO_AD_ID— listing ID on Avito. -
UF_CRM_AVITO_AD_TITLE— listing title.
These fields are populated automatically when a lead is created through the integration.
Common Issues
Not all Avito accounts have API access. Avito API is available for accounts on the "Extended" or "Maximum" plan (paid business plans). Check access availability in Avito account settings → API section.
Messages arrive with a 2–5 minute delay. Normal for polling integrations — the provider periodically queries the Avito API. If the delay exceeds 10 minutes — the issue is on the provider's side.
Personal messages vs. listing chat. Avito separates regular personal messages from chats within a specific listing. The integration typically only works with listing chats — direct personal messages may not be transmitted.
One Avito account — one integration. It is not possible to simultaneously connect one Avito account to multiple providers.
