Bitrix24 Setup for Travel Agencies
A client calls asking tour details, but the manager can't find their booking — data in one Excel file, correspondence in WhatsApp, passport info in a separate folder. Deal custom fields: country, departure/return dates, hotel, meal plan, number of tourists, operator booking number.
Tours via Smart Processes
For tour catalog, create smart process "Tour": destination, dates, hotel, price, available spots, description. Deal links to specific tour — shows how many spots sold, how many remain.
Seasonal Campaigns
Before season start, remind previous year's clients about your services. Tools:
- Segment — "Clients who traveled to Turkey last summer"
- Email Campaign — early booking with special offer
- Sales Generator — auto-create deals for manager follow-up calls
Document Management
B24 Drive stores passport scans, visa copies, contracts, vouchers. Documents link to contact card and deal. Contract template with auto-fill: name, passport data, tour dates, price — generated from deal.
