Bitrix24 Setup for Legal Firms

B24 Drive with folder structure: client folder → case folder → documents. Auto-fill templates:
- Legal Services Agreement — name, passport data, amount, service description substitution
- Power of Attorney — template with client fields
- Complaint — base template with variables
Documents generated from deal card or smart process.
Communication Log
Every client interaction recorded in card timeline: calls (call recordings), letters, messenger messages, lawyer notes. Full communication chronology by case if needed.
