Bitrix24.Shop Setup
Company sells products, orders processed in Excel: manager gets request in chat, manually records items, calls to confirm address, then enters data in spreadsheet. With 5 orders daily it's tolerable. With 20 — losses begin: forgotten requests, wrong sorting, address errors. CRM shop in B24 connects catalog, orders, payment, and delivery in one place — but needs setup.
What's a CRM Shop
Bitrix24.Shop — module built into CRM. Doesn't replace full e-commerce on 1C-Bitrix, but covers basic scenarios: product catalog, order receipt, online payment, delivery. Order created from CRM deal — product rows pulled from catalog, payment and delivery set up directly in card.
Available on Standard tier and above (full features — Professional and Enterprise).
Product Catalog
Catalog setup:
- Sections. Hierarchical structure: categories and subcategories. Created in CRM → Products.
- Product card. Name, SKU, description, price, currency, unit, images.
- Variations. Product with multiple options (size, color). Each variation — separate row with own price and stock.
- Properties. Custom characteristics: material, weight, manufacturing country. Used for filtering and display in shop.
- Import. Mass product upload from CSV/Excel. Format: name, SKU, price, section, description, image (URL).
Payment Systems
B24 supports online payment connection. Configure:
- YuKassa — for card, e-wallet, SBP payments
- Robokassa — aggregator with many payment methods
- Bank acquiring — via respective modules
- Invoice — PDF document, generated from deal with company details
- Payment link — manager sends link to client in chat or SMS, client pays online
Setup: CRM → Shop → Payment Systems. Enter details, API keys, callback URL. After payment, deal status auto-updates.
Delivery
Delivery module supports:
- Fixed cost — single delivery price, simplest option
- Free shipping — above order threshold
- Zone calculation — different cost for different regions
- Service integration — SDEK, Russian Post, others via marketplace modules
Delivery status shown in deal and available to manager.
Automation via CRM
Main CRM shop advantage — order lives inside CRM deal. This enables:
- Robots. On payment — auto SMS to client. On status change — manager notification. After 24h without payment — client reminder.
- Triggers. Repeat customer order — auto deal with data prefill.
- Funnel. Stages: New Order → Confirmed → Paid → Sent → Delivered → Completed. Each stage has auto actions.
- Reports. Revenue by period, average check, popular products, funnel conversion.
