Configuration of Partner Showcases in 1C-Bitrix

Company develops a partner network: dealers, distributors, regional representatives. Each partner sells products from shared catalog, but wants their own showcase — with own branding, own prices, own contacts. Without partner showcases everything comes down to Excel files with inventory and manual order processing. 1C-Bitrix allows creating a multi-showcase system: shared catalog, but each partner has their own showcase with individual settings.

Multi-showcase system architecture

Partner showcases on 1C-Bitrix built on multi-site mechanism. One 1C-Bitrix installation serves multiple sites (showcases), each with own settings:

  • Shared catalog — products, properties, sections stored in one infoblox. All showcases work with single product base.
  • Binding to site — each product can be available on all showcases or selected ones only.
  • Individual prices — via price types: "Base", "Partner A", "Partner B". Each showcase shows its price type.
  • Branding — logo, color scheme, contact data, site template set for each showcase separately.

Catalog and pricing

Product catalog is unified. Partner doesn't manage product cards directly. Catalog management is owner's responsibility.

Pricing:

  • Price types — each partner gets their own price type in "Trade Catalog" module. Partner A sees prices from "Partner A" type, Partner B from "Partner B" type.
  • Markups and discounts — can set rules: base price + 15% markup for partner. Or individual prices on specific products.
  • Inventory — shared warehouse or separate warehouses. If partner has own warehouse — inventory displays separately.

Order routing

Order placed on partner showcase must reach correct recipient:

  • Order to partner — order created with binding to site (showcase). Partner sees only their orders in admin panel.
  • Order to platform owner — if partner doesn't hold own warehouse, order goes to central warehouse. Partner gets notification and commission.
  • Combined scheme — some products from partner warehouse, some from central.

Access rights: partner authorizes in 1C-Bitrix admin panel and sees only their orders, their statistics, their showcase settings. Access to other showcases and general settings is closed.

Showcase branding

Each showcase uses its own site template:

  • Partner logo and favicon
  • Color scheme (CSS variables or separate style file)
  • Contact data: partner phone, address, email
  • Legal info: details, partner offer
  • Banners and promo blocks — partner manages theirs

Template can be fully custom or based on shared with variable override.

What to configure

  • Multi-site architecture: creating showcases for each partner
  • Unified catalog with product binding to showcases
  • Price types and pricing rules for partners
  • Order routing: to partner, to central warehouse, combined
  • Access rights: partner cabinet in admin panel
  • Branding: templates, logos, contacts, legal info
  • Data exchange: catalog and inventory sync with 1C
