Webinar Setup via Bitrix24

A company conducts webinars through Zoom, collects registration through Google Forms, and manually enters participants into CRM after the event. Half of registered attendees don't get reminders and don't show up. Those who did attend don't automatically enter the sales funnel. B24 allows closing the cycle: registration → reminder → webinar → lead in CRM.

Webinar via B24: Options

Bitrix24 is not a pure webinar platform, but provides tools for conducting and organizing webinars:

  • Built-in video conferences — suitable for small webinars (up to 48 participants on Standard plan). The host turns on camera and screen sharing, others watch.
  • Zoom integration — B24 creates a Zoom conference, sends the link to participants, saves the recording.
  • YouTube Live broadcast — for large audiences. Stream from B24 or OBS goes to YouTube Live, link is distributed via CRM marketing.

Registration via CRM Forms

A registration form is created in CRM → CRM Forms. Fields: name, email, phone, company. When the form is filled, a lead (or contact + deal) is created in CRM depending on settings.

Benefits of CRM integration:

  • Automatic lead creation with source "Webinar: [name]"
  • Participant segmentation for further mailings
  • Robot at the lead stage sends confirmation email with webinar link
  • Day before event—automatic reminder via email or SMS

Zoom Integration

Connection: Apps → Zoom in B24 marketplace. After OAuth authorization, B24 can create Zoom conferences from the interface:

  1. Manager creates an event in B24 calendar.
  2. Selects "Connect Zoom".
  3. B24 creates a Zoom conference and inserts the link into the event.
  4. Participants receive invitation with Zoom link.

After the webinar, the Zoom recording is available in Zoom cloud. The recording link can be sent to participants via CRM mailing.

Lead Capture from Webinar

Main task—convert webinar participants into leads. Scheme:

  1. Registration via CRM form → lead in CRM.
  2. After webinar—robot moves lead to "Webinar Conducted" stage.
  3. Manager processes leads: calls, sends materials, moves down the funnel.
  4. Those who registered but didn't attend—separate mailing with recording.
